Purchase Terms

By making a purchase, you agree to and understand that:

• Purchases are purchases, not donations. While our server (and many others) have previously, or in some cases may still refer to purchases made on this store as "donations", you understand that, in reality, they are not donations - they are purchases made between you and Chaotic United. As such, any income received through this store may be used for any purpose deemed appropriate by Chaotic United, or by Elaztek Studios - the parent organization of Chaotic United.
• Purchases do not make you unbannable. You are expected to follow the rules like any other player. If you are banned from the server, you understand that you are not entitled to any refund or reimbursement.
• A purchase is not refundable, for any reason. If you mistakenly purchased an item we can try and give other things to you in its place, but you cannot get your money back.
• Perks can be added or removed from any rank, at any time, for any reason. While we try to avoid removing any perks or abilities from the available ranks, there are times that we deem it necessary for the overall health of the server. By purchasing a rank, you understand that you are purchasing the rank itself - not the exact perks contained within.
• Perks can be revoked from your user account at any time, and you can be subject to an enforcement action, if any perk is abused and misused outside of its intended purpose. For additional details, please view this page.
• Past purchases do not count as purchasing an unban. If you are banned to the point of only being allowed in with a purchase, you'll need to do that after said ban. (you can still purchase for an actual item and receive it upon unban)
• Not all bans can be lifted via a purchase. If you are told that you cannot be unbanned - even via purchase - tough luck. If you purchase an item after that expecting an unban, that's on you.
• Purchases are only valid during the lifetime of the service they are intended for use on. If you purchase a rank or other item on our Minecraft server, you understand that, should the Minecraft server be discontinued in the future, that you are not entitled to any refund or reimbursement.

These terms may be updated or changed at any time, for any reason.

Additionally, these terms - when applicable - also apply to anyone who has earned their rank through playtime, either in part or in full.
